Brief Unit Description: Cardiac ICU, supports patients on mechanically circulatory support such as impella, durable VAD, ecmo, IABP, Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:2 Patient Population: multisystem failure with speciality focus on advance heart failure as well as fresh post op cardiac surgical patients.
Bed Count: 16 Census:16 A local discount of five percent (5%) will be applied for any candidate whose permanent residence is less than 60 miles from the work location. All units schedule day/night within the same week, when we offer day/night shifts. You will rotate within the same week, but have at minimum 24 hours off before switching to the next shift.
EX: you may have back to back nights, but would have min. 24 hours off before going to day shift to finish out your 36 hrs. MGB References - 2 references within 4 years of submission. Minimum 1 Supervisor or above, in skillset.
