Number of Staff - 50
Type of staff: o Day Shift -1 CNC 12 RNs, 1 Unit Secretary1-3 sitters/week o Night Shift - 1 CNC 12 RNs, 1-3 sitters/week
Patient Ratios - 1:1 or :2
Type of equipment - Vents, Swans, Impellas, Balloon pumps
EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Lack of ICU experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Level 1 or 2 trauma experience
CV surgery experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Intubation, Central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, ICP monitoring, Swan
Pacers, Bolts Best personality Fit:
Excellent customer Service skills REQUIRED

Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies :
Weekends and On call(if any)
Every other weekend, May be placed on call if not needed on the shift they are scheduled to work but only for that shift. No other call expectations.
