- Number of Staff - 46
- Patient Ratios : 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT, open hearts)
- Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 CCT/US during day shift if > 10 patients
- Documentation system: EPIC
- Scheduling
- Straight nights or 50/50
- Floating policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient Typical hiring profile Must have :
- 2 years of ICU experience, will consider 1 year strong experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Rapid Sequence Intubations
- Central line placements
- Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills. Procedures performed on unit: central line placement, bronchoscopy, intubation, arterial line placement, chest tube placement Best personality Fit:
- Outgoing, team player REQUIRED

- Weekends and On call(if any)
- 3 weekend shifts within a 4 week period
