-Float Required (CPU; float to PCU and MS/Tele, but will only have 4 patients) -Every other weekend coverage. Medication System: -Omnicell Documentation System: -EPIC Patient Diagnoses: -Medical ICU and surgical ICU patients except cardiac, occ peds Post code, post stroke, TPA, Resp failure, dialysis.

-ACLS -BCLS -PALS (Preferred)

-Interpretation of dysrhythmias. -Management of dysrhythmias. -Care of ventilated patient. Called Off -8 Rule: 8.00 hours per 2 week -10 Rule: 10.00 hours per 2 week -12 Rule: 12.00 hours per 2 week Comments: -8 hour shifts – incrementally up to 8 hours per 2 week period -10 hour shifts – incrementally up to 10 hours per 2 week period -12 hour shifts – incrementally up to 12 hours per 2 week period Guaranteed Hours: -8 Rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week -10 Rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week Comments: -3, 12 hour shifts - 36 hours -4, 12 hour shifts - 48 hours
