Submittal Instructions: Please submit with confirmation that your traveler is aware of 2 pass/fail exams at orientation. There is a medication exam & a telemetry exam. Both exams allow 1 attempt.

If they do not pass, then the contract is cancelled immediately. There will be several study materials provided between the compliance process and FDIs. MA license in hand required.

Previous ICU experience required. EPIC experience preferred. BLS/ACLS required.

Every other weekend , every other Holiday. Previous Trauma and/or Neuro experience is highly preferred. At least 3 years of ICU experience, prefer 5 years or more in a level 1 Trauma facility.
