- 1630; No Nights, Weekends, Holidays or Call Required Float required - based out of Blount Infusion Center, but Thompson has 7 infusion centers across east TN. Will be required to float to Maryville, Lenoir City, Downtown, Oak Ridge, and other centers based on the need. Travelers requesting time off (RTO) during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated. This policy applies to the following holidays: Valentine's Day, Local Spring Break (3/9
- 3/15/26), Easter (4/5/26), Mother's Day (5/10/26), Memorial Day (5/22
- 5/25/26), Father's Day (6/21/26), Independence Day (7/3
