Average patients/day? 125 per day o Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 year in oncology/infusion setting o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: o All types of cancer patients o Adults Patient Ratios: o Depending on which pod assigned. Ratios will never be over 1:4 Required License, National Certification, Certs: o BLS, Chemo/Bio certification required Skills required: o Administration of anti-neoplastic agents , port access, IV start skills, knowledge of Chemo/Immunotherapy side effects and how to manager Support within the Department: o Leadership - Manager, Supervisor o RNs o LPNs o MAs o MDs o Lab on site o Radiology on site Technology/Equipment: o EMR: EPIC/Encompass Floating: If yes, where? o No Orientation (facility and unit) : o NEO o Typically 1 week of unit orientation Scheduling: o Weekend rotation: none o On call?
