To qualify for this position, you must have an active RN license, a minimum of 2 years of recent SICU experience, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
Strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills are essential.
