WNTR CONTRACT: 26 Weeks PM SHIFT 7p
7a- ON CALL REQ 36H in a 6 week block Combined unit that services: L&D (Vaginal & Cesarean), post-partum, antepartum, & Level II nursery CERT REQ- ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate , NRP Level 2 inpatient obstetrical clientelle Level 2 NICU neonatal clientelle GYN/Medical overflow Antepartum patient Observational triage patients Mother Baby Couplet Care Border babies procedures associated with obstetrics such as versions, IOL, cervical ripening, IUFD care and bereavement. OR Cesaran Sections Staffing ratios: 1:1 complication or active labor 1:3 antepartum stable 1:1
2 unstable, ill antepartum 1:3/4 couplet care 2:1 delivery (1 NRP for baby, 1 for mother) 1:2
3 NICU level 2 depending on condition If floated outside of specialty, will be utilized as helping hands using general nursing skills to assist nurses with assigned patients. RNTRA013587
