Number of Beds - 16 LDR, 3 OR, 3 Triage 3 RR
Number of Staff - 70
Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 charge, 12 RN, 2-3 Surgical Techs o Night Shift - 1 charge, 6-7 RN, 1 Surgical tech
Patient Ratios - AWHONN ratios are the goal. Could be 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 (low acuity)
Type of equipment - Novii monitors, iMobile, headsets, pass-through skin-to-skin C-section drape, deep soaker tubs, light therapy, aroma therapy
EMR - CPN and Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Current (within previous 2 years) Intermediate Fetal heart Monitoring
L&D experience
Current NRP and BLS required Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Experience at facilities with >3000 births per year

Labor, deliver, recover, triage, Antepartum, circulate for C-section
