RTO requested after the fact will not be considered. Guaranteed Hours: Based on signed contract hours **Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on 1st day. **Shaving may be required to pass a fit test onsite, and if not will result in failure of fit testing requirements. **SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.
