Will be required to float to Gundersen Tweeten (25mi apart) as needed- On Call/Call Back

MN RN License & AHA BLS- Minimum
2+yrs RN experience, 1yr in LTC & needing someone to pass meds- Charting
Matrix preferred- COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)- Unit Information: Unit Information: 43 bed long term care facility and clinic. Night : 1 nurse, 2 CNAs. Days/Evenings : 1 Charge Nurse does treatments, prns, and narcs and 1 nurse or TMA on the other cart that passes all medications- Desired Skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timelyScrub Colors: work appropriate solids or prints GSA is not guaranteed orientation week.
Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.**candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hrs for a quick startBilling: Monday - Sunday 8hr unbillable orientation Due to Minnesota Statute 144A, caps for MN LTC facilities, including Gundersen Harmony & Gundersen Tweeten, are all inclusive, including OT and Holiday .
