Day Shift - 1 charge 4-5 RNs if unit census supports. 2 PCTS, 1 HUC. 1- 3 Sitters
Night Shift - 1 charge 4-5 RNS if unit census full. 2 PCTs 1-3 sitters depending on pt population
Patient Ratios - 6-1
Type of equipment - Hoyer lifts, sara steady, bladder scanners
EMR - Meditech
On Call Requirement - NA
Floating Requirement - per the needs of the hospital Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS
RN-medsurg or acute care experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Medsurg/ acute care experience
Previous HCA experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Post surgical- Cholecysectomy, cystoscopy with stent placement
Pain management. CIWA patients Best personality Fit:
