EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS
Post-Surgical care
2+ Years of Hospital Experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
ACLS
ONC Chemo Preferred
Meditech Experience Preferred
Oncology or med surg certified preferred, but not required List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
General med surg, oncology- chemo administration, neutropenia precautions, post-op care, CBI, hospice Best personality Fit:

Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.
Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.
Tattoos - Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
Piercings - Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc. Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed. Weekends and On call(if any)
