This unit will be rapidly admitting and discharging patients. Floating Requirement: Will float to other Med Surg units Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend. Information Regarding the Other Med Surg Units: We all see a good mix of medical patients.

Staffing Ratio 1:5-6 for nights Ratios may flex to 8 patients but RN will be paired with LPN for support in these instances Variety of staff work on this unit and other Med/Surg units (i.e RNs, LPNs, Techs, etc). Other
