- Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : We utilize PCTs and SNEs in our tech role, and we have a US during the day shift hours.

- Schedules are in a month increment (4 weeks), full time must work 4 weekend shifts (ex: 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday, etc.).
- Floating policy: We float to inpatient units to take patients, float with tasks in CCU and ED
