• Number of Beds - 39
• Number of Staff - 60
• Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 charge, 7 RN, 3 CNAs, 1 US o Night Shift - 1 charge, 6 RN, 2 CNAs
• Patient Ratios - 1:5 Day Shift, 1:6 night Shift
• Type of equipment - Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Arjo lifts, Novastat, computers in every room
• EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Exceptional communication
• Time management is a must
• Med safety (minimum of 98% of all medications safely scanned and administered) Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Chemotherapy certification
