• Mainly to MS only for patient assignments. May be floated to other units for tasking (only with existing competencies) **/hr approved ****AUTO OFFERS ONLY - NO INTERVIEWS**** **1+ year experience required **BLS required **Rehab/Med Surg experience required Comments
• 48hr weekly guarantees may be accommodated
• Blocked scheduling requests may be accommodated. No week on/week off.
• Number of beds in unit = 10 beds
• Patient ratio = 1:10 (swing patients only)
• Scope of role: Provide nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients. May absorb med-surg patients if swing volume drops. These patients require less nurse-intensive care than traditional med-surg patients but nothing different from a skill standpoint.
