  • Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees. Hospital: Trident Medical Center Location: Charleston, SC Address: 9330 Medical Center Plaza Drive Unit: 4th floor / Neuro Building: 9330General Information Unit Specifics:
  • Number of Beds : 30 (when opened fully in March/April). Currently at 18 withrenovations in process.
  • Patient Ratios : 6-7:1
  • Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Team nursing approach with techs on the unit, US on day shift and we strive to have a free Charge Nurse to support the team.
  • Type of equipment : regular for Med Surg
  • Documentation system: Meditech
  • Scheduling
  • must work 4 weekend shifts every 4-week scheduling period
  • Floating policy: would be required to float to like units as the needs dictate
