Nights 12 hr Nights, EOW, First to FloatCertifications: BLS CertificationUnit Notes: - Unit: Medsurg Ortho **HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE CONSIDERED, HOWEVER IT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED** **Must have previous travel experience** - # beds: 17 beds - Certs: BLS - Ratios: 1 to 5 - EMR: Cerner - Charge Nurse: Clinical supervisor - no pt assign, they will do break relief - Nurse Aides: 1 nurse aide for 8 hrs of day - Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule - Holidays: work into perm staff rotation - Scrub Color: navy -Tele: portable tele box if needed,they do have monitor tech,nurses must be able to read and interpret, will have to take dysrhythmia exam - Vents: no - Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: hospitalist on 24/7 - IV Team: no - RT 24/7: yes - Pharmacy 24/7: yes - Shifts: 12 hr shifts 6:45-7:15 - Floating: to tele 1 to 4 ratio, could also float between medsurg floors - Floor specific orientation: 1 shift of orientation to unit - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: hips, knees, shoulders, spine, no drips - Additional Notes: candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in specialty, must also have travel experience and be a team playerGuaranteed Hours: N/A
