Therefore, as nurses, we can work with many patients in one shift as our patient turnover is very high. An advantage to working with patient placement is the vast variety of patient conditions we receive from the ED. Our nurses receive additional and required training to enable them to care for a variety of patients. If you are working straight night shift, there is no charge for parking, and you may park in the employee parking (you will receive parking information during orientation). • If you will be working a day/night rotation: you will have to obtain a parking pass for which there is a $70.00 fee per month. The garage that you will be parking in will be Clayton/Taylor Ave location. Bring your license plate number with you on your first day.
