- 2 years of rehab or med surg experience required.
- Patient type - going to be mainly med surg / rehab patients. Some acute care - wide range of conditions, including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and orthopedics.
- Patient ratios - 1:6-8 o Ratios may be higher or lower at times depending on staffing and census but its discussed in interviews.
- Weekend Schedule – no set rule in place – it can vary depending on facility and staffing needs.
- May allow blocked but not a guarantee.
- Please have license in hand – if not in hand, please discuss with AM/AC team on timelines or ETAs to receive it. o License hits – please be aware that most sites will not take someone with a license hit. Please have the explanation of the hit in the submittal.
- Start Dates – unless otherwise noted – we need 2.5-3 weeks to get compliant.
- Time Off Requests – Due at submittal and under 10 days required. Limited holiday time off.
- Locals are accepted and rate is the same as posted!
- First time travelers accepted!
