- RN Licensure - BLS - ACLS - NIHSS - 2 years of

must have experience in Neuro Tele units; cardiac monitoring and emergency response experience; feeding tube care and management; blood product administration & central line care/management; experience with heparin protocols and PCA; CVA and pre/post neurosurgery experience; spinal cord injuries; traumatic brain injury care experience *will accept a first time traveler who presents with STRONG neuro experience; will be presented as a SCREEN* *this facility requires all employees to have their flu vaccination*
