4S CV Med Tele RN 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float Please limit holiday RTO requests to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays. Orientation held every other week on Thursday Unit Info: Pulmonary (16 monitored pulmonary/card beds), medicine, cardiac, med/surg adult and geriatric age range. A full telemetry floor with centralized monitoring with a tech.
