18 weeks to provide winter coverage, 13 weeks also accepted at this time! ALL requirements listed in

& submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. Cleveland Clinic- Fairview Hospital Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am Minimum of 18 months recent MS/Tele experience. MUST have 18 months of perm MS/Tele experience MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required, NIHHS preferred *ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
