- 2 plus yrs current experience required- Meditech EMR.
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NIH required; must also have KY or compact license.
- Float required within scope of practice; every other weekend required.
- Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.
- Flu vaccine required- declinations not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case-by-case basis.
DISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks’ pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc. No RTO edits accepted once an offer has been made; no timecard edits accepted once the pay period closes.
Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Driver's license and ARH coversheet required in all submission packets; address on DL and coversheet should match.
