- 12hr Shifts - Nights - 48hrs/wk- Every other weekend- Rotating holidaysThompson is a 39-bed, mixed-acuity facility that specializes in medical, surgical, and stepdown level of care. Patient population is primarily the elderly but can be as young as 18. RN Patient Ratios: 4:1 or 5:1, depending on patient acuity.

MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 1.5YRS OF RECENT EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE. Required
