PATIENT DIAGNOSES: The 4th Floor of Novant Health Matthews Medical Center (“NHMMC”) is a 40 bed Medical surgical unit with an emphasis in Bariatrics and Orthopedics providing twenty-four hour inpatient care. **Unit goals include: providing exemplary customer service and patient care, an environment that fosters Novant Health mission, vision and values, the forming of collegial relationships with physician Patient population: Adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
