1:1 High Acuity Critical / 1:2 Critical Acuity / 1:3-1:4 Stepdown patients. NICU Annex available as adjacent Surge space for additional Step Down Capacity. RN should have credible NICU experience and floating to Peds and PICU is preferred 3x7pm-7:30am, 60 min unpaid lunch Every other weekend as needed as well for holidays Experience with Ventilator, IMV CPAP and Bubble CPAP 1:1 High Acuity Critical / 1:2 Critical Acuity / 1:3-1:4 Stepdown patients.
