Please ensure all RTO is added at time of submission. Required 2 references at time of submittal, at least one of the 2 references must be manager/supervisor titled BLS, NRP and OH State License Required Float Requirement: Will float to PICU, CV PICU, stepdown, and MS as needed. Must be willing to comply with facility float expectations. Will be given an appropriate assignment in these areas. will float to BPD (bronchopulmonary dysplasia) NICU. Average length of stay is 2-3 years. Must be comfortable with frequent trach care and heavy parent involvement. Experience Requirement: Must have 1 year of level IV NICU exp. 2 years total level III/IV NICU exp required. Float Requirement: Float to other specialties and campuses. CVPICU, PICU, MS and ED (float to ED is EXTREMELY rare) In addition, float to other campuses, primarily Riverside and St. Ann's.

Initial screening interview will be done within 24-48 hours of submission to facility and will be with the Float Pool Leader; Second interview is determined by the NICU unit manager, they will review RTO and determined if they want to interview or go based on the resume/float pool leader feedback.
