NJ State or Compact License in Hand 2 years of Level III NICU experience BLS and NRP required

Floating required to Peds/PICU and Nursey-postpartum (Training provided). Will also float to L&D and PP-mothers as helping hands only. Every third weekend.

Vents, CPAP, Vapo, hi-flo 24 NICU beds, average daily census 15-16 - N:P ratio 1:3. Self-scheduling with manager final approval. Will allow for block scheduling - but must be willing to work assigned weekends.

No PCAs on unit - must do total care. Will care for COVID patients on this unit.
