Starts up to 2 weeks later are typically considered; later dates require case-by-case review. Experience Required: Minimum 24 months of full-time experience in the specialty being submitted to, including experience in that specialty within the past 12 months. Experience in other specialties or floating into that specialty does not count toward these requirements.
