MUST BE FLU VACCINATED MUST HAVE PERM MA LICENSE IN HAND! Searching for 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Night rotational and variable shifts w/ weekends & call. Level I trauma experience required. TO SHARE WITH CANDIDATES: Scheduled for days when otherwise not needed on nights. ' Shifts for 4x10 on days would be 7a

Start date 9/14 or 9/28 Locals that live within 60 miles of facility subject to a 5% bill rate decrease Must have at least one reference on file at time of submission
