Registered Nurse - Operating Room

9/28 or 10/5! 5x8's, Days, M-F, 7a - 15:30 p 40 hours/week On-call Requirement: Nights, weekends, and Holidays included. On-call is typically 1 night a week 2-3 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule No locals, 50 mile radius *BLS and ACLS Required *CPI not required 3 years main hospital experience Client Offers! Staffing Ratio 1:1 Responsible for immediately assessing each individual patient upon admission to OR addressing biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self care, educational, discharge planning factors and significant other/family support as appropriate. Assesses and reassess patients on an ongoing basis, identifying patient needs/problems, nursing interventions. Develops individualized plans of nursing care for patients in the intraoperative setting and which meets the identified needs of each patient.
