Registered Nurse - Operating Room

REQUIRED ON ALL CHESHIRE JOBS (NURSING AND ALLIED) : All travelers must have 2 completed travel assignments, and must have previous recent (within last 3 years) Trauma experience (Level I, II or III) OR RN Needed for ASAP Start - BILL Days - 40hrs/wkCall Requirement: Evenings, Holidays, and WeekendsRequired:NH RN LicenseBLSCheshire Medical Center features five up-to-date Operating Room suites with a sixth in the labor and delivery department.

Unit has a diverse patient population consisting of both inpatients and outpatients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, invasive, and other special procedures, including patients of all ages, infant to geriatric. OR team consists of RN’s, registered nurse first assists, CST’s, and other assistive personnel providing care within surgical services. RN Patient Ratios: 1:1Surgical Services include -Mostly ortho and traumaAlso include -ENTCataract removal surgeryC-sectionsExperience with ENT, Cataract and C-sections is not required but must be willing to be trained for these surgeries.
