Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 CNC; 7 RN, 10 CST, 3-4 FAs, 4 PCT, 2 Anesthesia tech, 1 Supervisor, 1 Director o Night Shift - On Call only
Patient Ratios - 1:1
Type of equipment - multi specialty
EMR - Meditech converting to Expanse Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
RN minimum 2 years experience
Orthopedics, general, urology, gyn, Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
ENT, Vascular experience (non Cardiac)
Pediatric List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Open/Laparoscopic/Robotic general cases (i.e. appy, chole, some bariatrics)
Robotic orthopedics
Total knees/hips; trauma orthopedic
Laparoscopic/robotic hysterectomies; tubal ligations; emergent interventions Best personality Fit:
Team player willing to jump in and keep the day moving. Someone who has initiative and drive. REQUIRED
