Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Position/ Specialty: OR RN **STRONG OPHTHALMOLOGY EXP. **ORTHO, MAKO EXP REQ. **NEURO SPINE EXP. REQ. **Travel OR Circulator for three 12-hour shifts between Monday and Friday with varying scheduled days off each week. Call days 4-6 days in a 6-week schedule.

Call weekend (Saturday and Sunday with 24 hours each) approximately every 6-8 weeks. Subject to holiday call during assignment. Start date: OCT Years of experience REQ: 5 Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, PALS Is on-call REQ?

Yes Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Open to accommodating block schedule?

No; Must be 75 miles Pending License accepted: Yes; Must obtain prior to starting RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered. *SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers.

If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.*
