Current and valid DL or State issued ID required & Utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months of the projected start date. Address must be GREATER than 75 miles from contracted facility DRIVER'S LICENSE & UTILITY BILL MUST BE INCLUDED WITH SUBMISSION NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED On call: Yes (RN) should have both foundational knowledge and practical skills related to cardiac monitoring as they will need to meet the scoring requirements for the EKG/Dysrhythmia competency that will be assigned during the compliance process if offered.
