- Number of Staff - 50
- Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, 1-2 LPNs, 3 PCTs, & 1 HUC o Night Shift - 1 charge RN, 5 RNs, 1-2 LPNs, 2PCTs, & 1 HUC
- Patient Ratios - Day shift 5:1(6:1 stretch) Night shift 6:1 (7:1 stretch)
- Type of equipment - Walkers, Bedside Commode, Bladder Scanners, CPM, Sky lifts, Sara Stedy, Sara Lift, Maxi Move, vital sign machine, hover mat, bair hugger, & Wheelchairs
- EMR - Cerner Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- NC License
- BLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Hospital experience
- Ortho experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Dressing changes, suture/staple removal
- Foley Catheter
- NG Tubes
- Wound Vac maintenance and removal Best personality Fit:
