Number of Beds -36
Number of Staff - 27
Type of staff:
Day Shift - 1 charge RN, RNs to volume, 1-2 Techs, 1 secretary
Night Shift - 1 charge RN, RNs to volume, 1-2 Techs
Patient Ratios - RN 5:1, 8-12 patients per tech.
Type of equipment - Immobilizers, braces, cold treatment.
EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current Ortho RN or M/S experience in a Hospital setting
BLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Ortho/Spine Experience
ACLS List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Total Joints (Knee, Hip, Shoulder)
