Day Shift - varies on # with census, patient free charge nurse, PCT approx. 10-11 pts
Night Shift - Same as days
Patient Ratios - 1:5 RN days and nights, when possible, max 1:6
Type of equipment - Some lifts for mobility. Chest Tubes, Hemavac Drains, Wound Vacs, JP drains, PCA, Foley
EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS
Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Ortho experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Ortho/ Trauma background preferred
Medical/Surgical acceptable and welcomed List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Drain removal
PICC line placements with Infusion team Best personality Fit:
