• none Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Worked in SDS department
• Worked in Surgery Department and are familiar with starting IVs and other things like obtaining vitals, shaving, obtaining consent, brief health history, medication and all other items related to preparing someone for surgery
• Worked in Post-Surgery care department by providing discharge instructions related to the surgical process. Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• IV start skills
• Surgery related experience from a pre-operative and post-operative standpoint List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
