Registered Nurse - PACU

Position: Pre/Post PACU RN Traveler Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks

40 hours per week (4 x 10-hour shifts) Shift Times: Shifts are variable and will fall between 5:45 a.m. and 6:00–6:30 p.m. Call

Call is required, including weekday, weekend, holiday, and rotating call coverage as needed. Candidate must be able to respond and arrive within 30 minutes when called in. Required

Candidates must be experienced and able to work independently in all of the following areas: Preoperative (Pre-Op) PACU Phase I PACU Phase II Experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting is preferred. The traveler should be comfortable providing perioperative and post-anesthesia care, including patient assessment, IV initiation and maintenance, medication administration, post-anesthesia monitoring, emergency response, and collaborating closely with surgeons, CRNAs, OR staff, and other interdisciplinary teams.

Current unrestricted Montana RN license or Multistate Compact RN license BLS required Recent Pre-Op/PACU experience Ability to work independently in Pre-Op, Phase I, and Phase II PACU

ACLS and PALS ASPAN certification Cerner experience
