• The clinician is responsible for picking up shifts weekly in the Shifts app. In the event there are no shifts posted, please have your clinician submit availability in the shifts app so we can make sure they get their guaranteed hours. The clinician must provide 5 days of availability through self-scheduling and work a total of 36 hours each week during the contract duration. The facility has up to 2 hours from the start of the shift to confirm/cancel shifts. If a shift is canceled, the clinician must continue to sign up for shifts until they have worked 36 hours (through the shifts app).
• First and Last week of contract are not guaranteed.
• Any week containing RTO that prohibits clinicians from meeting their scheduling requirement is not guaranteed.
• Candidates must live within 60 miles of the facility
• Timely compliance will be important. Only 2 start date pushes are allowed
• Floating required. Candidates will work on home units for four shifts and then the expectation will be that they are open to floating to any area where they are needed within their specialty
• Shifts access will not be granted until candidate is fully cleared by client post orientation

• Must have minimum of 2 years of PACU experience
• Experience with High Acuity PACU patients
• Active RN license
• AHA/ARC BLS, ACLS Certifications
• Required Work Settings: Ambulatory/Outpatient, Pain Management, Phase 1 PACU, Phase 2 Recovery, Pre-Post
• 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year?

• Bariatric/ Gastric Bypass, Gastric Sleeve
• Cardiac Monitoring/Dysrhythmia recognition/management
• ENT/radical neck dissection
• Gastrointestinal/ Cholecystectomy, Colon Surgery
• Gynecology/ Hysterectomy
• IV therapy/starting and maintaining IVs
• Medications/Emergency medications, narcotics, opioid analgesics, procedural sedation administration & monitoring
• Neurological/ anterior +posterior fusion, cervical fusions, spine surgery
• Orthopedics/ circulation checks, open reduction and internal fixation, total joint replacement
• Respiratory/ airway assessment
• Types of anasthesia/ post-epidural management, general, monitored anesthesia care (MAC), nerve blocks, spinal
• Pre/Post Op Care of pt/ Discharge instructions, medication reconciliation, obtain operative/procedural consent, pre+post operative procedures, pre-op assessment, pre-op medications
• Professional/pain assessment and management
• Surgery Cases: Bariatrics, Endo/Laparoscopic, General, Gyn, Ortho/Spine, Ortho/Total Joints, Robotics, Urology

• Charting system: EPIC
• Scrub Color: Navy
• 3 months separation period for previous perm employees
• COVID/Flu Vaccinations (medical/religious exemption requests accepted)
• 60 Day separation period for revivals. Please provide justification for Revival and commitment to pick up shifts confirmation.
• Please include A# in submittal notes if previously worked at an Allina facility.
