Position / Specialty: PACU/Pre Op/ Phase 2 RN Shift Time: 0530/0800/0930 Years of experience REQ: 3 First-timers accepted: No Weekend REQ: as needed Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, PALS Is on-call REQ? None Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? yes- Position will be for the main hospital and the Day Surgery Center Perianesthesia departments. They can be assigned to work either area.

Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time.

Lot E (approximately 1.5 blocks from the hospital): $16.67 per 2 weeks for day/evening shift flat lot, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract. Blue Ramp (across from hospital): $27.10 per 2 weeks for day/evening shift, cash or check, no CC.
