Bed side shift report is mandatory in all areas of the hospital, relief charge nurse will be expected to perform nurse leader rounding Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Medical ICU experience in large facility, comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management. Must be a critical thinker, flexible and works well with others. Advanced skills needed: ventilator management, critical care pharmacology (IV sedation, paralytics, vasopressors, etc), advanced hemodynamic monitoring, central line management.
Procedures performed on unit: assist providers with any bedside procedures as needed i.e, chest tube insertion, intubations, etc. Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) • Navy Blue or white scrubsUnit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
