- Number of Beds - 20
- Number of Staff - 40
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift - 1 charge nurse and 5 nurses, 3 techs
- Night Shift - 1 charge nurse and 5 nurses, 2 techs
- Patient Ratios - 1:4, charge free of patients - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
- Type of equipment - Vents, Feeding Pumps, IV Pumps, Wound Vacs, Specialty beds, Suction, Chest Tubes
- EMR - Meditech / CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience
- BLS, ACLS & NIH Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Prior Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Place chest tube
- Bedside bronchitis
- Ability to manage chest tubes, trauma patients, trachs and suction Best personality Fit:
