We are a busy, collaborative progressive care unit caring for a diverse medical-surgical population with varying levels of acuity, where teamwork and communication are essential to our success. Mixed acuity- 12 bed high acuity medical surgical unit with 1:4-5 ratio and 10 bed PCU with 1:3-4 ratio.
Ratio remain same day and night shift. Will rotate to med surge assignment on unit in rotation. May float to other units as necessary LOCAL Rate is 85 if candidate resides within 75 miles of facility
