AUTO OFFER: PCU RN Ratios: 1:5 Years of experience REQ: 2 Years Experience Required, Previous Charge and Teaching Hospital Experience preferred. First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Holiday shifts and Charge RN assignments as needed per unit. Weekend REQ: 8 weekend shifts in Saint Luke’s 6-week schedule period, combination of F/S/S.

Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Skills REQ: Work Settings: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, ER Holding, Neuro Stepdown, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown. Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams. Cardiovascular: Post Cardiac, Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery.

Endocrine/Metabolic: IV insulin protocols. Gastrointestinal: Feeding tube care and management: Genitourinary/Renal: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure. IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.

MEDICATIONS: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, PCA, Procedural Sedation Administration, Titrate Cardiac drips. Neurological/Psychiatric: CVA. Orthopedics: Peripheral nerve block catheters, Total Joint Replacements.

Plastics: Surgical drains. Respiratory: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy Management. Professional Topics and
