Department Description: BHLEX-Lex 5G---5G/H is a 42 bed telemetry unit specializing in complex patients with multiple co-morbidities, palliative care, colorectal surgeries with progressive ERAS protocols, and MDRO patients. The patient population is transferred from ICU, ED and PACU. Workday Justification: Department Compliance: BHLEX-Lex 5G---Required: RN License , BLS , Annual Dysrhythmia Competency Validation Schedule Notes: 3rd shift, 3x12s 7p-7a, weekends and holidays as needed
